Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Senior Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will:
  • Generate Leads
  • Attract new clients
  • Close deals
Utilize your Outgoing Personality, Exceptional Customer Service, and Negotiation skills to evaluate new and existing client needs, and create plans to meet these needs.

Responsibilities 
  • Build relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Understand the customer’s needs before, during, and after the sale.
  • Travel to appointments with potential and existing customers within your territory
  • Perform on-site walk-throughs at prospect locations. 
    • Evaluating and measuring cleanable areas.
    • Specifying details of projects and scope of work. 
  • Anticipating clients' needs and offering options.
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets.
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy.
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Love to be on the road, prospecting new business and offering great service to existing accounts. 
    • A valid Driver’s license and the ability to travel are required.
  • Have experience working independently, finding and managing leads, networking to build relationships and contact lists, and working with CRM systems.

Compensation: $73,500.00 - $126,000.00 per year
